By purchasing the Web Growth Audit OS, you are commissioning a one-time, personalized website audit delivered by Margus Veeber (VeeberMedia OÜ).

The audit is delivered in three formats:

• An editable Notion workspace (issues, ideas, priorities)
• Annotated Figma pages (visual breakdowns of key pages)
• Short video walkthroughs explaining the findings

Standard delivery is within 2 weeks of receiving the necessary input from you. Delays caused by late or incomplete input from the client may extend this timeline.

Full payment via Stripe is required at the time of purchase. Work begins only after payment is confirmed. Prices are in EUR and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

To complete the audit, you must provide accurate information about your website, goals, and target customers within a reasonable timeframe after purchase. Withholding or delaying this input may delay or affect the quality of the deliverables.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to share any assets, analytics data, or other information provided during the intake process.

The Web Growth Audit OS provides expert insights and recommendations based on experience, proven methodologies, and analysis of your specific website. However, specific outcomes - such as revenue increases, conversion rate improvements, or traffic growth - cannot be guaranteed.

Results depend on how and whether the recommendations are implemented by your team, market conditions, and other factors outside of my control.

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use, edit, and share the deliverables internally within your organization. The underlying methodologies, frameworks, and knowledge base remain the intellectual property of Margus Veeber / VeeberMedia OÜ.

You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the deliverables as a product or service without prior written permission.

Any information you share during the audit intake and process will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the audit. It will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

With your permission, I may reference the engagement (without disclosing confidential details) as part of general portfolio or case study material.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VeeberMedia OÜ and Margus Veeber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the audit deliverables or reliance on the recommendations contained therein.

Total liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant audit package.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia, unless applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
