Applies to all purchases of the Web Growth Audit OS. Effective date: September 20, 2025.
All sales are final. The audit is a personalized, digital deliverable that cannot be returned once work has started. Cancellation may be possible before work begins - contact me immediately at margus@veebermedia.com.
Refund policy
All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable once an order is placed.
The Web Growth Audit OS is a personalized, digital service delivered in Notion and Figma. Because the deliverable is tailored to your specific website and cannot be returned or transferred once created, refunds are not available after work has started.
This policy applies regardless of whether you have reviewed the deliverables upon receipt.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel after purchasing, contact me at margus@veebermedia.com immediately.
Cancellations may be considered at my discretion if work has not yet started. Once the audit process has begun - including review of your intake, analysis of your website, or creation of any deliverable - cancellation is not possible and no refund will be issued.
Exceptions
In the event of a technical failure on my part that prevents delivery of the agreed deliverables within a reasonable timeframe, I will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution - which may include a partial credit or rescheduled delivery.
Disputes related to payment processing should be directed to margus@veebermedia.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
