Recently, we rebranded our whole business. By whole, I mean not only the visual side of the brand and the webpage – I mean the processes behind our service, our brand essence, marketing strategy and so much more.
The main reason why we decided to rebrand is that we knew we need to change our processes, create an effective framework and design visuals that reflects more what we are up to. For us, there wasn’t a question of whether we should rebrand or not. We saw that change is necessary.
Could we just continue designing logos? Creating webpages?
We know that design matters. But more and more we realized that client’s don’t need “just a logo”. They have a pain point, a problem, that needs to be solved. They have different business objectives that need to be fulfilled. There are so many more things that we can help our clients to discover. Designing only a logo won’t change much. Uncovering true brand essence, finding our who are the real customers and creating practical strategy together with exceptional brand visuals can change the course of their brand and business.
That’s why we are from now on, focusing more and more on discovery and strategy side of the branding. Of course, we still do design, but only after we have concluded the strategy side of the framework. This way we can ensure that brand visuals are based on meaningful strategy and they can last years and years.

We have seen how our framework changes businesses, brings clarity to brand values and essence, increases revenues because of rightly-targeted customers and creates pride in owners. And these things matter. A lot.

So, what this framework includes?
Firstly, we start with discovery. This is the part where we get to know the brand, find out brand attributes, what your brand is about, who are the ideal customers, what are their problems and how their journey to you looks like.
Secondly, we gather all the information from the discovery part and create a cohesive roadmap. This included brand positioning & strategy, marketing strategy, directions about brand voice and look and many other things.
After we have finished with the designing. But at this point, we know exactly what visual elements need to reflect, who should they attract, what kind of deliverables we actually need etc. Shortly – we create a premium-looking visual identity that is based on carefully-crafted strategy.
